Initial Consultation is free, covering an overview of nutrition and lifestyle choices – it will take around 45 minutes.
Nutritional Advice can be tailored to meet the needs of the client and to compliment training programmes.
Further nutrition options are available dependant upon individual goals and training methods used.
I’m fully trained and experienced in a wide range of activities, approaches and techniques, so there will always be a set of activities that will fit with your goals. You may find yourself working through any of the following:
- Resistance Training
- Weight Training
- Core Stability/Glute Strength Training
- Sports Coaching
- Small Group Training
I cater for all levels of programming – from total beginners, to elite athletes.
